Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no cost before they have been processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately at 978-655-8082 or ybonisbeautyspa@gmail.com.

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

3. Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days from the receipt date.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number and product details. You will be provided with a return label and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on the part of Ybonis Beauty Spa.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
