Whether you're getting ready for a special occasion or simply want to enjoy the benefits of smooth legs, our Full Leg Wax will give you the confidence to flaunt your skin! Avoid Heat and Sweating: For the first 24-48 hours, avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and intense workouts to minimize irritation and sweating. Keep the Area Clean: Gently cleanse your legs with a mild soap and water to avoid irritation. Pat dry with a clean towel and avoid rubbing the skin. Moisturize Regularly: Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer or aloe vera gel to keep your skin hydrated and soothe any potential redness or dryness. Skip Sun Exposure: Stay out of direct sunlight for at least 48 hours after waxing. If you’re going outside, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect the skin from UV rays. Avoid Tight Clothing: For the first 24-48 hours, wear loose-fitting clothing to reduce friction and allow your skin to breathe. No Exfoliation Right Away: Do not exfoliate your legs for at least 48 hours. After this period, gently exfoliate 2-3 times a week to help prevent ingrown hairs. Watch for Ingrown Hairs: After a few days, if you notice any ingrown hairs, use a gentle exfoliator and consider applying a serum to help minimize their occurrence. Stay Out of Pools: Avoid swimming in pools, hot tubs, or the ocean for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation or infection. Schedule Regular Appointments: To maintain smooth skin and reduce regrowth, book your next Full Leg Wax every 4-6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
