Arm waxing is another popular hair removal service that can be offered at Ybonis Beauty Spa. It involves the removal of hair from the full arm or specific areas (such as the forearms) using wax, resulting in smooth, hair-free skin for several weeks. Arm Waxing Aftercare Tips Avoid Hot Water: Similar to back waxing, avoid hot showers, baths, and saunas for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation. Moisturize Regularly: Apply a gentle, unscented moisturizer or aloe vera gel to keep the skin hydrated and soothed. No Sun Exposure: Protect the waxed area from direct sunlight or tanning for at least 48 hours to avoid sunburn and hyperpigmentation. Avoid Tight Clothing: Opt for loose clothing to reduce friction on freshly waxed arms, which could cause irritation. Skip Scrubbing: Avoid exfoliating for a few days after waxing. When you do start exfoliating, do so gently to prevent ingrown hairs. Stay Away from Swimming Pools: Chlorinated water in pools or hot tubs can cause irritation, so it's best to avoid these for 24-48 hours. Be Gentle with the Skin: If there is any redness or sensitivity, use a cool compress to soothe the area. Avoid scratching or rubbing the skin. Exfoliate Later: After 3-4 days, gently exfoliate to prevent ingrown hairs and promote smooth regrowth.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
