Avoid Touching: Refrain from touching or rubbing the waxed area for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation and breakouts. Keep the Area Clean: Gently cleanse your lips with a mild, non-irritating cleanser. Avoid using harsh scrubs or exfoliants on the area for at least 48 hours. Moisturize: Apply a soothing, fragrance-free lip balm or ointment to keep your lips hydrated and minimize any dryness or irritation. Avoid Heat and Sweat: For the first 24 hours, stay away from hot baths, saunas, and intense workouts to reduce the risk of irritation and redness. No Makeup for 24 Hours: Skip applying lip products or makeup for the first 24 hours after waxing to allow the skin to breathe and recover. Avoid Sun Exposure: Protect your freshly waxed skin from direct sunlight for at least 48 hours. If you need to be outside, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen or wear a hat to shield the area. Watch for Ingrown Hairs: If you notice any ingrown hairs after a few days, gently exfoliate the area and consider using a specialized product to help minimize their occurrence. Schedule Regular Appointments: For the best results, consider booking your next Lip Wax appointment every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain smoothness. Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
