Lash Care Instructions To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Mega Volume Lash Extensions, follow these essential care tips: Avoid Water & Steam for 24-48 Hours: After your appointment, keep your lashes dry for at least 24-48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. No Oil-Based Products: Avoid using oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, or creams around the eye area, as they can weaken the lash glue. Be Gentle: Do not rub or pull on your lashes. Instead, brush them daily with a clean spoolie to keep them looking neat and fluffy. Sleep on Your Back: To prevent your lashes from getting crushed, try sleeping on your back or using a silk pillowcase. Regular Cleansing: Gently cleanse your lashes using a lash-safe cleanser to remove any dirt, makeup, or oil buildup. Refill Information To keep your Mega Volume Lashes looking full and fabulous, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. This helps replace any natural lash shedding and maintains the volume and density of your extensions. For best results, make sure at least 40-50% of your extensions are still intact at the time of your refill appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, Ybonis Beauty Spa reserves the right to adjust or cancel the appointment to accommodate other clients. A late cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 Hours Notice: If a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, 30% of the total service cost will be charged. Body treatment packages Package Expiry: Clients must use their body treatment package within 3 months of the purchase date. If they fail to redeem any or all sessions within this timeframe, the remaining sessions will expire. Skipping to the Next Session If a client no-shows for a session, the next scheduled massage will be considered the next in the sequence. The missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. In the event of a cancellation made within the 24-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment of Fees: All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. This policy ensures that all clients receive quality service while respecting the time and schedule of Ybonis Beauty Spa, while securing bookings with a non-refundable deposit.
