How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our booking platform at ybonisbeautyspa.janeapp.com, or click the 'Book Now' button on our website.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but appointments are always prioritized.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What should I do if I'm running late?
Please call or message us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling — the full service price will still apply.

What is lymphatic massage and who is it for?
Lymphatic massage (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce fluid retention, and support post-surgery recovery. It's ideal for clients recovering from liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck, or other cosmetic procedures — and also for general wellness.
Do I need a doctor's clearance for lymphatic massage?
Yes — if you are in post-surgical recovery, we require written clearance from your physician before your first session. For general wellness sessions, no medical clearance is needed.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Most clients require 6–10 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results. The exact number depends on your hair color, skin tone, and the treatment area. A consultation will give you a personalized estimate.
Are your facials suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use Dermalogica products, which have formulations specifically designed for sensitive skin. Please inform your esthetician of any known allergies or sensitivities before your treatment.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2–4 weeks with proper care. We recommend a fill every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full look as your natural lashes shed.

How do I find the right size faja / shapewear?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend measuring your waist, hips, and abdomen and comparing with the chart. When between sizes, size up for comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Worn shapewear and opened skincare products are not eligible for return. See our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash is accepted in-spa.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in-spa and make a perfect gift. They never expire and can be used toward any service or product.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer multi-session packages for popular treatments like laser hair removal and lymphatic massage at a discounted rate. Ask our team for current package options.
