Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping: Available on select items — calculated at checkout
Ybonis Beauty Spa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control (weather, customs, etc.).
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shapewear / fajas that have been worn or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Skincare products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at ybonisbeautyspa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on shapewear within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at ybonisbeautyspa@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
