Medical-Aesthetic Services & Informed Consent
Certain services offered by Ybonis Beauty Spa — including botulinum toxin injections (Botox), dermal fillers, biostimulators, RF Microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL laser, chemical peels, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy — are medical-aesthetic procedures performed under the supervision of our licensed Medical Director.
Before receiving any such service, you are required to:
- Complete a full medical history and intake questionnaire
- Sign a written informed consent form disclosing risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Disclose all medications, supplements, allergies, and relevant health conditions
- Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your clinician
- Attend any required follow-up appointments
Consent is voluntary. You have the right to decline any treatment or to discontinue treatment at any time, without affecting your future appointments. Refusing a specific service will have no effect on other care provided by Ybonis Beauty Spa.
Payment & Refund Policy
All services are charged directly to the client and payment is due at the time of service. By receiving services, you accept personal financial responsibility for all charges. In the event of non-payment, cancellation of payment, or payment disputes, you agree to bear the cost of any collection fees and/or court costs and legal fees should they become necessary.
No refunds are issued for services rendered. Promotional items, packages, and membership plans have no refund value. Multiple treatment sessions are often required to achieve desired outcomes, and additional sessions are not guaranteed to produce specific results.
Products purchased in our shop may be subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No Guarantee of Results
No guarantee has been made, expressed, or implied regarding the results of any service or product. Individual results vary depending on skin type, health history, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other factors outside our control. Photography Authorization
Clinical photographs and videos may be taken before, during, and after procedures as part of your patient record. These images will not be used for marketing, social media, or publication without your express written consent. Images in which your identity is not revealed may be used for internal training purposes.
If you have signed a separate media release authorizing use of your photos or videos for marketing purposes, that authorization remains in effect unless revoked in writing.
Rewards Program
