Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the time of our staff. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Appointment Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service may apply.
  • No-shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service price.

Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Appointment Deposits

Some services (e.g., multi-session packages, specialized treatments) require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are:

  • Fully applied toward your service on the day of the appointment
  • Refundable if cancelled with 24+ hours notice
  • Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

Service Refunds

We strive to deliver exceptional results with every visit. Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right — including a complimentary touch-up when appropriate.

Product Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for product purchases.

Package & Gift Card Refunds

  • Service Packages: Unused portions of a service package are refundable within 90 days of purchase, minus any services already rendered at full retail price.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They do not expire.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price will still apply.
